Purchasing a print does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the artwork.

3. Products
All products are designed in the United Kingdom and ethically produced using trusted printing partners.
As every print is made to order, slight variations in colour, trimming or print placement may occasionally occur.
Colours displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the final printed product due to differences in monitor and device settings.
4. Personalised Products
Please check all names, dates and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Once production has started, personalised orders cannot be amended or cancelled.
5. Prices & Payment
Payment must be received in full before your order enters production.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice but will never affect orders that have already been placed.
6. Billing & Account Information
By placing an order with Rainbow Rocket Kids, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing, shipping and contact information.
Please ensure your email address, billing address, shipping address and payment details are correct so we can process your order and contact you if required.

10. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email shoprainbowrocketkids@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
We will always do our best to help before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations or amendments may no longer be possible.
