Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rainbow Rocket Kids, every print is made to order especially for you. As each order is printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging where possible

Please do not dispose of any damaged items or packaging until we have had the opportunity to review your claim.

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. In most cases, we won't ask you to return the damaged item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Personalised Prints

Personalised prints are made especially for you and are therefore non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please ensure that all names, dates and other personalisation details are entered correctly before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Cancellations & Order Amendments

As all prints are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email shoprainbowrocketkids@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the requested changes before your order enters fulfilment and production. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellation or amendments once production has started.

Returns

We only accept returns for items that are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

If we agree to accept a goodwill return for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the UK. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges set by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item(s) once they have been safely received. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like your order to be resent, additional shipping charges will apply.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times shown in our Shipping Policy, or within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at:
